Field Service Business magazine
Specialist business-to-business magazine and digital publisher, Westwick-Farrow Media (WFM) - publisher of Critical Comms - has launched Field Service Business, Australia’s first dedicated media channel for the field service sector.
The first quarterly print magazine has been delivered to over 5000 targeted and qualified field service professionals and a weekly eNewsletter has been sent to over 6500 recipients. The FieldServiceBusiness.com.au website is now live, as is a digital version of the magazine.
The audience has been carefully chosen from existing WFM brands in the electrical, IT, comms, safety and process engineering sectors, and has been supplemented by targeted industry lists in the cleaning, security, plumbing, fire and landscaping sectors.

“This is an exciting growth sector in the Australian economy at present,” said WFM Associate Publisher Glenn Silburn. “We are very pleased to launch Field Service Business, on the back of more than 18 months of research and planning.”
The media channel will feature news, product releases, case studies and coverage of key topics including field service software, mobility, fleet management, scheduling and logistics, safety and hardware.
“Those with teams undertaking service and installation in the field have some very specific business needs, and we believe Field Service Business will help them to better empower their people, and run their businesses more efficiently,” added Silburn.
Magazine and online subscriptions are free to qualified industry professionals, while the cross-media platform allows marketers to engage with prospects via print mag, eMag, eNews, website and content syndication.
