ACMA releases compliance report
The ACMA “identified compliance with radiocommunications transmitter licensing arrangements as a priority compliance area during 2015–16,” according to a 24 August post on its website.
“Over the course of the year, we have implemented a diverse program using traditional and non-traditional methods for improving compliance,” the post says.
The compliance program and its results are summarised in the ‘Priority compliance area—Radiocommunications transmitter licensing compliance program report’.
