Airwave asked to contribute to Europe's SALUS project

Airwave UK has accepted an invitation to participate in SALUS, a 36-month targeted research project funded by the European Union, Framework Program 7, put in place to design, develop and validate the next-generation public protection and disaster recovery (PPDR) network.

The SALUS project brings together a consortium of corporations, operators, SMEs and PPDR users, together with research organisations and universities that have a proven record in contributing to developments in the industry.
