Codan takes over Domo
Previously announced on the 16th of February this year, Australian company Codan Limited advised that it had reached agreement to acquire all of the shares in United States company Domo Tactical Communications (DTC) from its parent DTC Management Topco. DTC is an established technology provider for high-bandwidth wireless communications with specialist capabilities in MIMO Mesh networks.
The final transaction was successfully completed this month. The total consideration for the acquisition comprised an upfront cash payment of US$88 million (approximately AU$114 million), with the possibility of an additional payment of up to US$16 million if certain earn-out targets are achieved in calendar year 2021.
