Comms Connect NZ moves to 22–23 June
To allow the organisers an opportunity to deliver a larger and more inclusive event for the critical comms industry, Comms Connect NZ is moving from its original dates in early May, to 22–23 June.
With the Omicron case peak near, the extra six weeks will allow manufacturers, distributors and end users some extra planning and preparation time for the event at the new Te Pae Convention Centre in Christchurch.
The conference will include presentations on cybersecurity, digital LMR, fibre-fed DAR, multi-channel and low audio latency and more, including a panel session featuring some of the leading public safety and critical comms professionals from New Zealand and Australia discussing what the future holds for the industry in NZ.
The Comms Connect team are seeking further paper submissions for the event: send a brief topic, abstract and speaker details in the first instance to Geoff Hird: ghird@wfmedia.com.au. Exhibition space is still available for the event; contact Narelle Granger: ngranger@wfmedia.com.au.
