JVCKENWOOD receives certifications for public service sectors
JVCKENWOOD has announced that it has received ISO/IEC 27001:2013 international standard certification for information security management system (ISMS) and JIS Q 27001:2014 Japanese industrial standard certification for its public service sector businesses.
Those three sectors are its Communications Systems Business, Professional Systems Business and Healthcare Business.
In a statement, the company said, “The acquisition of these certifications is proof that the PS System Sector’s management system for the information assets it owns, as well as information, etc, obtained from customers and business partners in various countries where it operates business, is certified by third-party organisations to conform to the certification standards.
“JVCKENWOOD will continue to pursue the establishment and implementation of more robust information security management systems. In addition, we will strive to enhance and improve information security based on the information security policy we have formulated.”
