Spectrum analysis and interference seminar in Sydney
Test and measurement company Keysight Technologies Australia hosted a FieldFox B-series seminar in its Melbourne office on 27 February, with the next seminar to be held in Sydney on 18 March.
At the Melbourne event the company’s technical experts shared with attendees how wider analysis bandwidth and real-time spectrum analysis capabilities address technical challenges faced in technologies such as mmWave band, radar/EW, satellite, 5G and the Internet of Things.
Another topic covered was measurement of EMF radiation, with attendees shown how to make EMF measurements in the field at the same time as making other important RF measurements.
Interference analysis was a big focus, given the rise in non-static interference signal types, such as Bluetooth. The seminar discussed best practices in troubleshooting interference and signal quality.
