The VX-820 series of commercial handheld radios are IP57 submersible and come standard with a powerful 2000 mAh Li-Ion battery for long talk times. A 3000 mAh Li-Ion battery is also available. Designed for use in hazardous environments, the devices each exceed the military specification 810C/D/E/F. They are claimed to be the smallest digital APCO25 radios in the world.
