RFI has released its range of 2.4 GHz antennas for Wi-Fi and ISM markets. The range caters for indoor or outdoor applications, varying gain requirements and distributed pattern requirements.
The CD2400 series offers: omni-directional co-linears; a PCB radiating element offering consistent pattern and gain; and 2, 6 or 8 dBi gain.
The ISM2403 series offers: a halo-shaped radiation pattern for higher gain and greater coverage in Wi-Fi hotspots; a ceiling mount antenna suitable for applications in shopping centres or office spaces; and a vehicle mount version which supports some sealing gaskets and can be used as an external antenna on a vehicle. All come with 300 mm 9142 cable and a silver plated N-type female connector. In addition to the 2.4 GHz ceiling mount, RFI has also released the ISM-5803-C which offers: 3 dBi gain for new 5.8 GHz WLAN applications; a halo style radiation pattern minimising wasted energy and offering a greater coverage area; and 300 mm 9142 cable also terminated with a silver plated N-type connector.
