NEC iPASOLINK 100E indoor transport network unit
NEC Corporation has released the iPASOLINK 100E, the latest addition to its range of transport network solutions.
It has a high capacity microwave transmission with carrier ethernet capabilities and compact hardware design and is suitable for fast provision of a wide range of carrier services, including enterprise connectivity, public utility networks and mobile backhaul.
The indoor unit provides radio performance in 6-42 GHz frequencies. The fanless natural cooling system is said to consume 55% less power compared to other conventional microwave products.
It is also fully compatible with other products in the range, allowing quick and simple network expansion for operators who have already deployed the latest generation of microwave products.
