The TH series of single-phase, ultra-high-performance filters for EMI applications is designed for digital systems (particularly switched mode power supplies) to suppress continuous or intermittent interference from pulse signals. The devices are suitable for use with low impedance loads.
The filters incorporate a differential mode choke to improve response in this mode and also have a leakage current of <0.5 mA. The rated input voltage is 120/250 AC, at 50/60 Hz and the filters are available in current ratings from 6 to 30 A.
A QA test of a 1 min test voltage of 1500 AC applied line to line and line to ground is performed on each filter at manufacture. The filters also conform to climate category 25/085/21.
