Mimix Broadband has introduced a range of gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuit, low noise amplifiers.

Using 0.1 micron gate length GaAs pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) device model technology, the devices cover the 5-45 GHz frequency bands.

The amplifiers are suitable for millimetre-wave point-to-point radio, LMDS and Satcom applications.

Mimix performs on-wafer RF, DC and noise figure testing on these amplifiers and visual inspection to MIL-STD-833 method 2010.
