The Anritsu spectrum master MS2711D-31-25 is a rugged, ultra-lightweight, battery-operated instrument that allows users to conduct measurements for field environments and other mobile applications.
It can be used in applications such as mobile telephone walk or drive tests to determine coverage, base station positioning and also VHF/UHF signal surveying. It also has a resolution bandwidth from 100 Hz to 1 MHz.
The interference analysis provides a spectrogram display, RSSI and signal strength with audio output for radio direction finding. The GPS function provides latitude, longitude and altitude with trace storage.
The instrument incorporates a preamp, increasing the sensitivity and dynamic range and improving measurement time. With the preamp turned on, the analyser can identify and make fast measurements on low-level signals.
