It provides accurate frequency measurements quickly and easily with the intuitive user interface and one-button access to frequently used functions. It gathers more data for each measurement, so the operator can get higher resolution measurements in a fraction of the time.
Built-in statistics and maths functions can scale measurements while simultaneously measuring and tracking deviations.
The counter has a 3 GHz bandwidth; 10- or 12-digit resolution with 1s gate time; GPIB interface and IntuiLink connectivity software standard; data transfer rate of up to 200 fully formatted measurements per second.
