The oscilloscope can generate automatic waveform measurements with a recording memory length of 10 k.
It is supplied with TDS3BATB for battery operation and VGA, GPIB (IEEE-488), RS232 interfaces are also included. USB connection is optional (TDS3GV).
Features include: sampling rate of 5 GS/s; trigger functions include video; FFT, TV trigger, advanced analysis (TDS3AAM), and limit testing (TDS3LIM); sensitivity 1 mV to 10 v/div; time base 1 ns to 10 s/div.
