Amplifiers to 2 GHz and up to 20 W

Minicircuits have extended their amplifier range to include the ZHL series with power up to 20 W from 20 MHz to 2 GHz.

Like the rest of the Minicircuits Amplifier family, the ZHL series is built with a ruggedness to ensure reliable operation for the most demanding communication applications.

These broadband solutions are available with or without an integrated heatsink/fan to fit your system requirements. Each amplifier operates with low current consumption and is designed to work off +24 VDC including the fan, plus each model can withstand open or short at output under full output power condition.

They also offer built-in protection against overvoltage and thermal overloads, and an internal regulated power supply to handle fluctuations from the supply source and still deliver high performance. Amplifiers can be modified to suit user requirements.
