The LP-300 Remote Field Unit (RFU) is a wireless, low power controller design to be used in remote, non-attended, monitoring and control applications. It combines functions such as: monitoring; data logging; local and remote control; alarm generation; SMS; radio; email; and FTP Internet - into a portable and robust IP66 enclosure.

The RFU is a battery powered device that can be installed as a standalone remote controller or as an integral part of a short and long range wireless control network.

In addition to its standard monitoring and control functions, the device can be connected to a wide range of sensors such as: remote power meters and tanks and silos, and can be used for measuring such variables as: liquid and grain levels; river flow and level; soil moisture and temperature; pollution; water flow; water pressure; water and sewage; and weather; as well as many other environmental related sensors and applications.
