Wireless Pacific’s PDX3522 portable deployment X-Ponder is claimed to redefine package size and capability for P25 digital code transparent repeaters.

The compact unit incorporates a duplexer and a two-hour backup battery, making it suitable for tunnels, car parks and on-site applications.

The device can also be vehicle-mounted providing a code transparent digital repeater ready to extend off-network communications.

It can be configured for two channels in analog or digital mode. Available in all UHF bands and VHF high band, it is programmable for 1, 2 and 5 W into the antenna.

A variety of mounting options is available for the rugged die-cast housing that includes wall and pole mount.

The unit is suitable for solar and wind power applications where P25 clear and secure users need that extra reach in remote environments.
