Satellite project in Korea
ES&S has been awarded a major contract with the Defence Acquisition Program Administration of Korea.
The project will involve the installation and commissioning of three new meteorological satellite ground stations at ROKAF operations with data processing and display systems.
These include the SATRAX700 X/L, which is a dual band tracking antenna developed to provide maximum flexibility in monitoring programs for the new generation of polar orbiting satellites.
The systems are due to be delivered this year and will be integrated into the existing ROKAF operational infrastructure.
