Addition to the Hytera family
Hytera Mobilfunk will form part of the Hytera family and is broadening its product range with DMR systems as well as digital and analogous terminals.
In addition to the ACCESSNET-T IP TETRA radio system, the company will provide conventional DMR systems (DMR Tier II) as well as DMR trunked radio solutions (DMR Tier III) from now on. Furthermore, the product portfolio was supplemented by digital and analogous handheld and vehicle radio sets made by Hytera.
"We consider Hytera the optimum new owner due to its strong position in the Chinese and Asian markets, and also due to the complementing product portfolio," says Dr Georg Haubs, CEO of Hytera Mobilfunk.
Hytera Mobilfunk will develop its TETRA radio system further at the Bad Münder location. This being expanded to become the European headquarters of the Hytera corporate group. In Europe, Hytera Mobilfunk will be responsible for sales and marketing as well as for the maintenance and repair of the entire product range of Hytera.
