APCO Australasia change management seminar
APCO Australasia, in partnership with Tait Communications, will hold a seminar in Brisbane on Wednesday 13 November on the topic of change management in the industry. The venue will be the Department of Housing and Public Works at 80 George Street but it will also be broadcast online for those who can’t be there in person.
Topics to be covered include training challenges, change management, change methodologies, defining success, critical factors success and managing expectations.
The keynote speakers will be Jo Hardwick from Tait Communications and Elissa Farrow from the Change Management Institute. The expert panel will include both keynote speakers, plus John Simmons, Victorian Fire Services Commissioner, Andrew Deme from Ergon Energy and Jim Hewitt from the ACT Government.
For those attending in person, the event will run from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm, Queensland time. For those watching online, a list of times is available on the event website.
