Mission-critical recording specialist DataVoice joins TCCA
The TCCA has announced that DataVoice, a specialist provider of mission-critical recording, compliance and location intelligence solutions, has joined TCCA as a member.
With an international deployment footprint spanning more than 50 countries, DataVoice is headquartered in South Africa and serves organisations operating in both mission-critical communications and regulated environments. Customers include public safety, transport, utilities, defence and financial services organisations that rely on secure access to voice, data and location information for operational, compliance and evidential purposes.
In modern control rooms, the reliable recording of mission-critical radio, telephony, Short Data Service (SDS) messages, status events, telemetry, location information and operator screen activity is essential for incident reconstruction, communications auditing and evidential review. As these environments evolve, DataVoice aims to bring these diverse information sources together into a unified operational record, supporting operational decision-making.
“As the industry transitions towards broadband and next-generation mission-critical services, open standards, interoperability and operational resilience become increasingly important,” said Greg Nicholas, Managing Director of DataVoice. “Through engagement with TCCA’s community and broader industry initiatives, including ETSI and 3GPP, we look forward to contributing our experience in mission-critical recording while helping our customers prepare for the next generation of critical communications environments.”
“We warmly welcome DataVoice to our worldwide critical communications member community. As users evolve hybrid solutions involving a system of systems, the ability to record efficiently and accurately recall voice and growth in data-centric transactions across all domains is vital,” said TCCA CEO Kevin Graham.
