Phil Jones killed

Phil Jones, well known in the radio industry, was killed when the plane he was piloting crashed while landing at Moree Airport.

Phil, local businessman Digby Boland, his wife and their daughter were killed when Phil's Piper Saratoga crashed about 900 m north of the airport. Two passengers survived.
