Industry representatives gathered in Sydney recently for ACMA’s Radcomms 2013 ‘4G and beyond’ conference, and the presentations have now been made available online.

During the sessions, stakeholders raised five top reform issues:

  • streamline the licensing process
  • increase  flexibility and agility of existing legislation
  • simplify the regulatory framework to encourage and facilitate new technologies
  • reduce cross-referencing to internal and external legislation
  • develop a whole-of-government approach to spectrum policy to provide certainty to both current and future spectrum use and users.

All the presentations can be found on the Radcomms website.
