RFI Technology Solutions joins TCCA
RFI Technology Solutions, an Australian-owned leader in wireless critical communications technologies for the public safety, government, utilities/resources and carrier sectors, has announced its membership of TCCA, the global representative body for the critical communications ecosystem.
RFI is a technology solutions manufacturer, focusing on mobile radio systems and integration services. RFI technology can be found in thousands of LMR networks where the company has provided high-performance antennas, system components and repeaters/rebroadcast systems. RFI’s extensive range of catalogued product and custom-engineered solutions for LMR, public safety and carrier markets has seen the company find global markets in critical networks in the USA, Europe and Africa, and home markets in Australia and Asia.
RFI also serves major road, rail and infrastructure projects with full design and integration services for road applications, extending coverage for all networks in the most challenging environments.
“TCCA is an organisation we see as taking the lead in bringing together the narrowband and broadband communities,” said Steve Jaques, RFI Executive Director and founding shareholder. “The critical communications community is our largest customer base. In commencing an active participation in TCCA, we feel we can become even closer to these customers and others in the vendor community at a time when technological advances are driving change at a remarkable pace.”
“As a 20+ year foundation member of the Australian Critical Communications Forum, I am extremely pleased to also welcome RFI to TCCA international membership,” said Kevin Graham, TCCA Chief Executive. “RFI has a long history in the design, manufacturing and deployment of solutions to enhance wireless coverage for public safety and critical industries not only outdoors, but more importantly for in-building, confined space and underground locations such as mining, road and rail tunnels. We look forward to the valuable knowledge, insights and experience the company will bring to TCCA and share with the global critical communications community.”
