Sepura-approved repair centre opens in Australia

Monday, 10 September, 2012

Following successful completion of the final certification process, RadLink Communications has obtained Sepura Repair Centre status.

The Australian service centre claims to reduce the turnaround time for repairs and cost of carriage, while providing technically competent repair and maintenance in accordance with Sepura’s warranties and quality standards.

The certification process validates the skills of RadLink’s technical team and provides the user with a solution for servicing and maintenance throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Doug Bowden, senior business development manager for Sepura, commented, “We have experienced significant growth in the region, and believe this in-country service facility will provide a far more expedient repair capability to support our ongoing commitment to deliver total customer satisfaction.”

Scott Manson, projects director for RadLink Communications, said, “It's a win-win for customers - Sepura’s thorough accreditation process means they will still receive a high level of technical competence in fault-finding and repair, but now it’s on their doorstep.”
