Laird Technologies has expanded its global distribution product portfolio with Mouser Electronics to include its thermal management product range.
Laird designs a range of thermal management products including high-performance TEAs (thermoelectric assemblies), TEMs (thermoelectric modules) and TIMs (thermal interface materials) including gap fillers, phase-change materials and thermally conductive grease.
