Vicom appointed as a Tektronix full portfolio distributor
Tektronix has announced the appointment of Vicom as a Tektronix full portfolio distributor in Australia.
“Since its inception more than 40 years ago, Vicom has established a strong reputation across Australia as a go-to resource for test and measurement products backed by a strong team of experienced technical consultants,” said John Winderam, general manager, ASEAN/ANZ, Tektronix. “We’re confident that this partnership will benefit our customers in many ways and ensure they have access to the test solutions and support they need to drive innovation.”
Vicom is an independent, Australian-owned provider of telecommunications test and measurement instrumentation, equipment. The new agreement covers a range of instrumentation from Tektronix and Keithley. The company’s experience in such markets as wireless and mobile communications, data transmission, broadcasting, audio, avionics, fibre optics and general electronics design aligns with the Tektronix and Keithley portfolio. Vicom also offers training, professional services and rental options.
