Icom Australia has introduced the RC-FS20, a PC-based dispatch and radio management platform designed to bring multiple communication systems together into a single operational view.

The RC-FS20 is designed to seamlessly integrate IDAS digital radios and Wi-Fi radio systems into one intuitive platform, eliminating the need for separate consoles and helping to keep the entire team connected through a centralised interface.

When paired with the VE-PG4 RoIP Gateway, the RC-FS20 extends connectivity beyond IDAS to virtually any communication system, including P25, LTE radios, marine VHF, aviation, satellite PTT and analog radios. This enables operators to monitor and manage communications across multiple networks from one unified platform.

With a scalable, licence-based structure, the RC-FS20 can be configured to meet a wide range of operational requirements — from simple dispatch solutions to complex multi-network communication environments.
