The Hytera PD702/702G (PD702G is the model with GPS) is strictly compliant with MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G and IP67 standards, ensuring suitable performance even in harsh environments.

The portable radio can operate in either analog or digital mode and is compatible with the prevalent analog system, providing a smooth analog-to-digital transition.

With the combined application of narrowband codec and digital error-correction technologies, the radio is capable of clear voice in noisy environments or at the edge of the coverage area. The adoption of AGC technology and a built-in 1 W speaker also optimises voice.

The radio can also obtain an extra 40% operation time compared with an analog radio. Benefiting from the TDMA technology, it allows twice the channels based on the same spectrum resource.

The radio features rich data services and selectable functions such as scan, emergency, man down (optional), high-speed data transmission and lone worker.
