Parallel Wireless ALL G O-RAN solution milestone
Parallel Wireless, a US-based Open RAN company, has reached a milestone enabling both rural and urban wireless networks.
More than 50 mobile network operators, including Optus in Australia, have successfully deployed or trialled rural 2G, 3G and 4G from Parallel Wireless. Now it has advanced through the 3GPP and O-RAN Alliance release roadmap, launching its cloud-native, ALL G O-RAN solution to support network performance in high-capacity urban environments.
