CRS Accessories has manufactured the 9712Plus adapter for Motorola users upgrading their radio fleet and who want to continue using their 2-pin accessories. It is a cost-saving device especially beneficial for two-way radio hire companies or organisations using a wide variety of accessories from earpieces, remote speaker microphones, headsets, etc.
Accessories that plug into the adapter are a cheaper option than the direct connection accuracy and there is a quick disconnect of the accessory, making it suitable for staff sharing a radio but not sharing the accessory.
Different staff can use a variety of accessories on one radio and quickly interchange them.
