Kirisun TD60 Pro hybrid DMR–LTE radio

Kirisun has launched the TD60 Pro, a hybrid smart radio that combines professional DMR and 4G LTE technologies into a single rugged device. It delivers mission-critical voice, broadband data, video communications and intelligent dispatch capabilities in one integrated platform, enabling organisations to protect existing DMR investments while adopting next-generation LTE and MCX.

The product integrates DMR Tier II/III professional digital radio with 4G LTE broadband connectivity, allowing users to switch intelligently between narrowband and broadband networks based on coverage and operational requirements. Featuring dual-SIM intelligent network switching, the device automatically selects the most suitable communication path, resulting in uninterrupted connectivity during patrol operations, emergency response, disaster recovery and field maintenance.

The radio also introduces a dual push-to-talk experience. The primary PTT button operates traditional DMR communications, while a programmable shortcut key can function as a dedicated push-to-talk over cellular (PoC) button, enabling users to access two independent communication platforms with a single device.

Built to support the future of broadband public safety communications, the product complies with 3GPP MCX standards. It supports deployment across private LTE broadband networks while maintaining interoperability with existing DMR infrastructure. Priority access and pre-emption capabilities make it suitable for multi-agency emergency operations and critical incident management.

Engineered for demanding environments, the device is built to withstand harsh operating conditions. Key durability features include: IP68-rated dust and water resistance; 1.5 m drop protection; an operating temperature range of -20 to +60°C; and a high-power 3 W speaker with advanced noise suppression for use in noisy environments.

Worker safety features include SOS emergency alerts; multiple alarm modes; Man-Down detection; and integrated multi-constellation GNSS positioning supporting GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS and Galileo. Real-time location reporting enables dispatch centres to monitor personnel positions and respond rapidly during emergencies.

The device is also equipped with a 13 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera, enabling users to capture high-resolution images, record incident evidence, conduct remote inspections, and stream live video directly to command centres over LTE networks.
