Laird Technologies has released its WPD136M6C-001 full spectrum multiband mobile antenna.

Specifically designed for use as a public safety voice and data communications antenna, the heavy-duty, unity gain device operates in three different bands: 136 to 174 MHz; 380 to 520 MHz; 760 to 870 MHz.

Offering good quality and RF performance, it has an omnidirectional pattern that is vertically polarised with a 50 Ω match. VPOL increases the range of the antenna over hilly terrain and also minimises the reception of interfering horizontally polarised UHF and VHF signals that are common in densely populated areas. The antenna has a power rating of 100 W max, with a PTT of 30 minutes.
