Premier Batteries has introduced the first in a range of two-way radio batteries offering long shelf life and high capacity.
Fitted with nickel metal hydride cells manufactured by Sanyo, the batteries provide over 1000 charge/discharge cycles.
Cell design provides improved capacity retention allowing packs to retain 85% of rated capacity (storage at 20°C) even after 12 months.
The first battery fitted with these cells is the replacement battery for GP328/339 that is compatible with all existing equipment and chargers.
