Tyco has released the Corcom SRB series of power line filters, which has been enhanced to include slide-in versions for mounting in panel openings.
The mountings provide a simple installation method, reducing the need for additional mounting hardware. Retention can be alone either the long edge or the short edge of the filter.
The shielded filters, which include an IEC 320 male power connection, provide a short depth down to 24.38 mm. They are available with capacitances ranging from 33 to 1000 pf.
The modules are rated up to 15 A at 250 VAC, 50/60 Hz. They are UL recognised, CSA certified and VDE approved. Load termination is provided using wire leads to keep the mounting depth to a minimum.
