Tait UnifyVehicle network platform

The Tait UnifyVehicle network platform provides more connectivity, computing power and applications to mobiles.

The product creates a network of networks, including land mobile radio, Wi-Fi, wireless broadband and Bluetooth.

Users can continue using the device they find most natural and connect through the strongest possible network. Improving both voice and data support enables the right people to get the right information by the fastest and most reliable methods available. In addition, this vehicle area network travels with users, providing them connectivity wherever they go.

The platform supports a Linux operating system and has sufficient memory and operating speed to run several applications at the same time. Direct local connectivity with the LMR mobile’s processing platform allows many of the available features to be accessed and manipulated to improve the communications experience.

An SDK will be available, while other available applications include PTT via SmartPhone and OTAP over Wi-Fi. Hardware can be added to TM9400 or TM9300 radios.
