The Kenwood multi-pin K2/K1 adapter will accept the Kenwood 2-pin (K1) accessories.

When updating to the Nexedge digital radio or other Kenwood multipin series radios (TK2140/3140 etc) retain the use of existing 2-pin accessories by using this adapter to save the additional cost of new accessories.
