Polyfet TB221 demonstration RF amplifier
Polyfet has released its demonstration RF amplifier, the TB221.
It was designed and built to demonstrate the GaN device GX242 putting out 60 W across 200-2000 MHz with 10 dB gain typical.
The operating voltage is 48 VDC and the complete data package can be viewed or downloaded from the ‘Designs’ section of the Polyfet website.
