The Schwartzbeck VTSD 9561-F diode pulse limiter with built-in 10 dB high power attenuator and fuse lamp protects sensitive measuring equipment when analysing spectra with high energy.
The operating bandwidth is from DC to 100 MHz and maximum input is 100 µV without clipping. The built-in fuse lamp prevents serious overloads of sensitive equipment.
A replacement bulb is inside the unit for user convenience. The very flat frequency response allows high measurement accuracy, because transducer files with only a few sample values are necessary.
