Compared to its predecessors, the PXA is claimed to offer improved speed and performance, leading to improved yields and reduced measurement uncertainties. Included software comprises N9051A-Pulse Measurement, N9036A-Analog Demodulation Measurement and N9064A-VXA Signal Analysis, running on Windows 7.
