Anritsu oscilloscope probe

Tuesday, 21 June, 2011 | Supplied by: Anritsu Pty Ltd

A DC to 7.5 GHz passive probe for evaluating mounted devices with the BERTWave series of high-speed optical sampling oscilloscopes has been released.

The inspection and troubleshooting of high-speed digital communications equipment and devices mounted on circuit boards requires direct monitoring of the waveforms at the input and output of each device.

Use of this probe makes it easy to monitor signal levels and waveforms of mounted electronic devices directly, without the need for providing onboard coaxial connectors.

Key features include: wide frequency band: 7.5 GHz; low input capacitance: <0.5 pF, choice of 10:1 or 20:1; input impedance: 450 or 950 Ω; compact ground lead: extendable.
