Designed to detect antenna and cable faults that transmitter-internal VSWR monitors may not detect, the Bird ACM also provides accurate inline power measurement.

The unit measures true average power of signals with pulses of high peak to average characteristics and works with any modulation. The antenna and cable monitor measures forward and reflected power as well as VSWR and return loss. Sample ports allow measurement of the signals without the system downtime.

Models are available from 136 to 520 MHz, 520 to 960 MHz and 960 to 2400 MHz. Local or remote set-up and operation via RS232 port and PC software package are options available along with a PC software tool.
