LeCroy has launched the WaveRunner Xi series of digital oscilloscopes.
The three models in the series are the four-channel 400 MHz 44Xi, the two-channel 600 MHz 62Xi and the four-channel 600 MHz 64Xi.
The 'scopes offer up to 10 GS/s on the 600 MHz models and 5 Mpts of memory per channel. Optional memory takes the maximum acquisition length to 25 Mpts.
These high sample rates result in better signal fidelity for fast edges or high frequency signal capture compared with other DSOs in the price range and ensure accurate timing measurements when using all channels simultaneously.
