Insulation resistance meter

Friday, 04 May, 2007 | Supplied by: Power Parameters Pty Ltd

The Quadtech 1860 insulation resistance meter measures resistance from 250 kW to 20 TW (20 x 1012W) at test voltages selectable from 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000 with a basic accuracy of ±10%.

The meter can supply a charging current of 2 mA. Programmable charge and measurement times permit testing free from time-variable effects due to capacitance effects.

A comparator and go-no go display indicator facilitate rapid production quality assurance testing. The meter is suitable for production testing via an RS232 standard interface. Measurements are displayed via a numerical and bargraph display.
