Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes

With the claimed fastest signal analysis, a new digital trigger system and a user-friendly user interface, the Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes are claimed to deliver more data significantly faster, enabling users to debug devices under test with efficiency.

The compact instrument is available in 2- or 4-channel models, and 1 or 2 GHz bandwidth. Sampling rates up to 10 GSa/s, a high-speed ASIC, deep waveform acquisition memory and a single-core A/D converter all support data throughput.

The A/D converter, with the claimed highest number of effective bits (ENOB >7), enables high vertical resolution. The low-noise front end enables accurate measurements even at the lowest vertical setting.

The company also has developed the claimed first high-performance active probes that can switch between oscilloscope functions using a micro button, assisting users to operate the oscilloscope while holding a probe in each hand.
