Tektronix oscilloscope with built-in spectrum analyser

Friday, 10 August, 2012 | Supplied by: TekMark Australia Pty Ltd

Tektronix has introduced what it claims is the first oscilloscope with a built-in spectrum analyser. The mixed domain instrument can capture time-correlated analog, digital and RF signals for a complete system view of a device.

Both the time and frequency domain can be seen in a single glance. View the RF spectrum at any point to see how it changes with time or device state. The instrument is available in four analog channels with 500 MHz or 1 GHz bandwidth models and 16 digital channels and 1 RF channel.
