Radiometrix has introduced the CXT/CXR module family, a transmitter/receiver pair that provides a remote control switch function for long-range operation where existing wideband cannot offer adequate range or where band congestion requires multiple channel operation.

Turck’s BL67 modular distributed I/O system is now equipped with a Simple RFID (RFID-S) slice that is compatible with the company’s BL ident RFID product line. The RFID-S includes two channels of RFID per slice and up to four slices may be added to each BL67 node - resulting in up to eight channels of RFID per node.

It provides low power consumption (<1.25 mA in idle mode), TCP stack, full quad band frequency support and a small footprint which is suitable for telemetry applications as well as industrial applications.
