39x series waveform generators
01 March, 2006Fluke has introduced the 39x series of 125 MS/s universal waveform generators that produces high-resolution complex waveforms.
Generating frequency agile and custom waveforms
11 February, 2006 by Roger L Jungerman*There is considerable interest in generating complex waveforms to test radar and communications systems. An arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) is one of the most flexible methods of signal simulation
Wave generators
19 December, 2005Trio Test & Measurement has released the Wonder Wave series of arbitrary waveform generators from Tabor. These combine the capabilities of digital conversion and control with the signal integrity of synthesised analog generators.
SMJ100A signal generator
05 October, 2005Rohde & Schwarz has rounded out its range of R&S SMx products with the SMJ100A all-purpose signal generator.

Signal generator
31 March, 2005An option for fading is now available for the vector signal generator R&S SMU200A. Two independent RF fading paths with digital modulation simplify applications such as the performance tests defined in 3GPP. With a time resolution of up to 10 ps, a bandwidth of 80 MHz, and a total of 40 fading paths, the instrument covers a frequency range of 100 kHz to 6 GHz and includes all conventional wireless standards such as GSM, WCDMA, CDMA2000 and WLAN.
