Antenna design webinar on 6 December

Tuesday, 03 December, 2013

IEEE Spectrum will host an antenna design simulation webinar on the morning of 6 December (Australian time), with emphasis on COMSOL Multiphysics.

Moderated by IEEE’s Dexter Johnson, the webinar will feature Chris Pinciuc, Applications Engineer at COMSOL. The webinar is intended to help engineers evaluate antenna designs using multiphysics simulation. Example models presented will highlight the capabilities COMSOL Multiphysics brings to RF applications, such as deformation, thermal drift and heating in biological tissue.

The webinar will feature a demonstration of setting up and solving a model dipole antenna, and will conclude with a Q&A session.

The event requires online registration and will commence at 6 am, Australian Eastern Standard Time on 6 November. It will be available afterwards for viewing on demand.

Full details are available on the IEEE website.
